Service Visit Charges
The inspection or technician visit fee is charged once our technician reaches your location. These charges cover the time and effort of the technician and are not refundable after the visit has been completed.
Repair Work
After a repair service is completed, refunds are generally not provided. If any issue occurs related to the repair work, customers can contact our support team and we will review the concern and provide assistance where possible.
Spare Parts Replacement
If any spare parts are required and installed during the repair process, the cost of those parts cannot be refunded once they have been used or fitted in the appliance.
